Our certified management systems demonstrate that our HSEQ matters are well in hand — but our ambitions are set on the future. We are developing unified processes across our business areas for the benefit of HSEQ work and the whole corporation.
Our HSEQ team has started this harmonisation by evaluating safety processes: practices for incident reporting and investigation have been reviewed. A group-wide campaign to prevent near-miss incidents is currently underway. The opportunities that digitalisation brings for ensuring safety and quality are also being explored.

Environment
At Kymsol, we also protect our shared environment. Our services and solutions are themselves part of the cleantech industry and help improve many industrial processes to be more environmentally friendly.
We are also committed to reducing the environmental impact of our own operations. A good example of this development work is our mobilised pre-fabrication workshop, which reduces the transportation of pre-fabricated components by producing them directly at the installation site.
We train our employees to identify environmentally harmful factors and encourage them to develop methods that reduce climate impacts in production.
