KYMSOL LTD. MERGES WITH KYMPPI CONSULTING LTD.
Dear customer and partner of Kymsol Ltd.,
Kymsol Ltd. merges with Kymppi Consulting Ltd. on December 31st 2020. The companies will operate normally as independent companies until the end of the year. The new company will start operations as planned at the beginning of year 2021. All contracts, responsibilities and obligations will be transferred to the new company without any need for your actions.
The companies’ business operations will continue under Kymsol Ltd.’s name, but the merger will change the company’s business ID and invoicing information (see below). Please notify these changes in your customer data and supplier registers as well as with 2021 invoicing.
We kindly ask our customers to approve billing materials for 2020 deliveries by January 8th, 2021 and to deliver them to your contact person. We kindly ask our suppliers/subcontractors to invoice the 2020 receivables by January 8th, 2021.
